Marketing Terms

Applies to guests in Denmark and Norway

1. Consent to Marketing

The detailed terms for creating a user account in the app, including my consent to the processing of my personal data under applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Denmark and Norway, are set out in the applicable Terms of Use, which I have separately accepted when creating my user account on the Platform.

My consent takes effect upon my approval of the content of this document, regardless of whether processing of the application for the product or service I wish to use begins only after the consent has been given.

2. Marketing

The purpose of sending marketing material is, among other things, to allow Jagger and Jagger's partners to optimise and further develop the products and services that Jagger may offer me from time to time.

By accepting this marketing consent, I confirm that I understand and consent to the following:

marketing material may be sent, including marketing of goods, services, apps and other digital solutions within the restaurant industry, understood in particular as restaurants, cafés, events, festivals, one-off events, and other related business areas connected to the restaurant industry,
the marketing material may cover marketing relating to Jagger, the Platform, and Jagger's individual partners as well as groups of partners, including general marketing regarding product range and offers, development of existing and new business areas, and newsletters and other information, and
the marketing material may include partners not listed under section 4 below, provided such partners are affiliated with Jagger as a partner only after I have given this marketing consent. Direct marketing from new partners may only take place if I have separately consented to this.

By accepting marketing, I simultaneously join Jagger's loyalty programme, as described in section 7 below.

3. Sending of Marketing Material

In connection with giving this consent, I have provided my name, email address, and date of birth.

By accepting this marketing consent, I confirm that I understand and consent to the following:

marketing material, newsletters, and other information regarding Jagger and Jagger's partners may be sent directly to the email address provided,
push notifications may be sent to the device you are logged in on,
marketing material, newsletters, and other information regarding Jagger and Jagger's partners may also be sent directly through dialogue on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, and
such material may be sent, regardless of the method or medium used, both directly to me and directly or indirectly via groups or other digital segments I am associated with.

4. Jagger's Partners

By accepting this marketing consent, I confirm that I understand and consent to the following companies being permitted to send marketing material as defined above in sections 2 and 3:

It is clarified that Jagger's partners are identified by the registration numbers listed above, or, for foreign companies, the registration number of the relevant country. Companies may change their name without this limiting or otherwise affecting my consent.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

I confirm that I have been informed of, and accept, that I may withdraw my marketing consent at any time.

6. Referral Programme

To share your referral code and thereby give new users access to a welcome code, you must have completed at least one order via the app yourself.

7. Loyalty Programme

By accepting this marketing consent, I confirm that I am also enrolled in Jagger's loyalty programme, where I can earn rewards on purchases made through the app.

Participation in the loyalty programme requires this marketing consent. Without consent, rewards cannot be earned or used.

The applicable terms of the loyalty programme, including how rewards are earned and used, are set out separately for each market and are available on the relevant local terms page.
