There are different prices depending on whether you choose pickup or delivery. This is because our delivery fee doesn't come close to covering the actual cost of delivery. Therefore, we have spread the costs across our delivery menu, which you can also see when selecting delivery. In fact, we have actually lowered our delivery fee to match the price on Wolt.

Additionally, we have introduced a reward program where you earn 10% of every order you place. This saving, combined with the reduced delivery fee, results in significant savings over time. It's our way of ensuring that you always get the best value and quality when ordering from us.

A voucher is a voucher for a specific item or a discount on our menu.

You can find your voucher(s) in the app under "Wallet".

An invitation code is a code you can share with a friend who doesn't have the app yet.
When you share your code and your friend enters it, you both receive a reward.

If you encounter any problems when entering the invitation code, here's a brief overview of things you can do:

1. The code must be added before you add your payment card. Once you've added your payment card, unfortunately, you can't use the invitation code, and we can't add it for you either.
2. Make sure you're adding the code in the right place, under "Add Payment Card."
3. Double-check that you're entering the correct code.
4. Ensure that you have the latest app update installed.

If you've previously ordered through the app, whether on Jagger, Otto, or Ritta, you can't add an invitation code. However, you can still share your code with a friend who hasn't used the app yet.

1. You can enter your friend's invitation code once, and it must be done before you add your payment card.
2. You can share your own invitation code with all your friends who haven't used the app before. You'll receive a voucher every time a friend redeems your code.

Invitation codes are added in the same way as vouchers

To add a voucher, follow this guide:

1. In the app, click on 'Wallet' (at the bottom of the screen).
2. Under 'My Vouchers', click on 'Add' in the top right corner.
3. Enter the code you have received (e.g., JAG123).
4. Click 'Submit'.
5. Click 'Update' to see your new voucher.
